If it was built before 2000, it's worth checking.

Latchford sits on both sides of the Ship Canal, and its housing tells the story of a century of Warrington building. Victorian and Edwardian terraces run off Knutsford Road, with council-built semis and short terraces from the 1940s to the 1970s further out. Is asbestos common in Latchford's post-war houses?

Does my house have asbestos?
